More cakes

This past weekend was very busy! I had 4 cake orders, but unfortunately I only have pictures of 2 cakes, our camera broke, but I am really proud of these two cakes and for each event, everyone enjoyed them!

Train Cake:
My friend's son turned 3 last weekend and he loves train, so she asked if I could make him a train cake. It was a really fun cake to make, but had lots of little pieces to it!

It was a chocolate cake with a chocolate ganache and chocolate mousse filling and iced in buttercream.
The letters, the train and the tracks are all made out of fondant. Enjoy....

The other cake we did this weekend was for my daughters dance team from the Dance Zone. The theme for the recital this year is A Rockin' Hula Luau, so they asked me to make another surfboard cake with the team colors of red, black, and yellow.

The cake was chocolate and vanilla with chocolate ganache, oreo cookie, and white chocolate mousse filling all frosted in buttercream and decorated with fondant.
